DANCE ARTISTS, whose training ranges from traditional, urban and contemporary African dance to Western classical ballet, from Afro-Caribbean to hip hop, from circus to Western contemporary dance, are all initiated into the principle of rhythm alignment du LO.KE.TO.

Musicians

THE MUSICIANS, (one of whom, the son of the choreographer, is a real "child of the ball"), who travel the international jazz, Afro-beat and techno stages, are classically trained, or still come from traditional or initiatory circles of music and drums, are solicited, with dance artists, as an integral part of the choreographic composition.

The company favors "LIVE" PRESENTATIONS, in the case of music, which, more than ever, makes it stand out.

Former artists

At Zab Maboungou/Compagnie Danse Nyata Nyata, we seek to enable different dance professionals to bring their artistic talent and skills to the benefit of the company. Thus, each year, we see a real intercultural richness forming within our choreographic center through dancers from all over the world. As a result, since 1988, many artists have come to train with Zab Maboungou.
