A graduate of modern and contemporary dance at Cuba’s National Dance School, Tae Kwon Do black belt recipient, and Pilates coach, Natalia Sirdey is an interpreter passionate about performance and the body’s infinite expressions. Her work has taken her to various countries in different capacities. For example, she was invited to be a jury member of the first choreographic competition at the conservatory of dance in Bamako (Mali / 2008) and has collaborated on dance and stage plays such as Julie’s Hell (Alonso Barrera / Theater / Spain). As producer and director, Natalia was featured in The Four Elements presented at the award ceremony of the Hassellblad Grand Prize of Photography (Mexico). As interpreter, Natalia collaborated on the solo work of choreographer Rhodnie Désir’s D2US’T (2015) at Zab Maboungou / Nyata Nyata Dance Company. Currently, she is participating in the Professional and Artistic Training Program in African Dance at Zab Maboungou / Nyata Nyata Dance Company.
