Introduction to the basic principles of African
dance: "breath and rhythms", "weight and
equilibrium", "stepping and exchanging".

RHYTHMS,POSTURES AND ALIGNMENT
IN AFRICAN DANCE (RYPAAD)
- (for all)
An essential introduction to what makes
dance and the dancer, This class is for
students searching for a rigorous and
dynamic approach to the principles of dance.
The theory and practice of LOKETO -a
postural and rhythmic principle - will be
studied. (no drums)
